Privacy

A plain-language overview of how Omniworth handles information when you use the product. This is for transparency — not a substitute for formal legal review.

Who we are

Omniworth operates a financial command center at omniworth.finance.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Omniworth, we may process:

  • Account details — things like your email, name, and sign-in settings (including two-factor authentication if you turn it on).
  • Workspace details — members you invite, their access level, and how you’ve set up the workspace.
  • Financial information — balances, holdings, transactions, and similar data from accounts you connect or enter yourself.
  • Documents you upload — files you store in the product, such as statements.
  • Assistant conversations — messages you send when you use the AI assistant.
  • Billing information — what’s needed to manage your subscription. We don’t store full card numbers on Omniworth.
  • Service logs — basic records that help us run, secure, and fix the product.

How we use it

  • Provide your dashboard, forecasts, reports, and related features.
  • Sign you in, keep workspace access under your control, and send necessary emails (invites, alerts, statements).
  • Process subscriptions for paid features.
  • Power the AI assistant using calculated results scoped to your workspace — not by handing over bank credentials or unrestricted dumps of your accounts.
  • Keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.

Omniworth provides educational math tools over your data. It does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

Service providers

We use carefully chosen third-party services to host the product, connect financial accounts, process payments, send email, and run the assistant when you use it. They only receive what’s needed to perform those jobs, under their own terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers as needed to operate Omniworth, with workspace members and advisors you invite (according to their access), and when required by law or to protect the service and our users.

How long we keep it

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account; some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Disconnect linked institutions from within the product.
  • Turn on or manage two-factor authentication.
  • Invite or remove workspace members and advisors.
  • Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data tied to your account.

Children

Omniworth isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this page as the product evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
